Overview: Clear instructions and easy to put into practice. The indigestion symptoms and nausea are eased by this product. I am not sure i noticed a difference for the IBS but am on low dose of medication so this could be contributing.

How long before effects were noticed: Nausea settled in a few minutes.

Overview: Felt cool and soothing as you swallow it, settling my nausea in a few minutes. It felt as though it was coating the GI tract immediately. Watery rather than gloopy like sports gels so easier to squeeze out of the packet. Slightly chalky but not an unpleasant aftertaste. The Instructions were clear and easy to put into practice. It was hard to tell if it helped with the gassiness or bloating as it was intermittent.

How long before effects were noticed: Improvements were seen the next morning after taking at night and throughout the day after taking it in the morning.

Overview:  Finding this product has been a huge relief. Travelling early in the morning was tricky due to diarrhoea symptoms being worse at that time. I ran a marathon and my biggest worry was needing the loo while running, using silicon gel controlled.my symptoms so that I didn't have to worry about this.

Overview: I would be happy to carry on using Silicol gel again, as an aid for certain situations i.e. going away on holiday or out for a meal knowing I might eat something that could irritate me. I took it away with me when I went to Marrakesh and took a gel most evenings before I went to bed and my stomach felt so much better. The taste isn't good at all even when I did put it in some water so I know that I wouldn't want to implement that in my daily routine as I use to hesitate taking it,due to the taste. It was easy to open with clear instructions to put into practice.

How long effects were noticed: Half an hour to an hour.

Overview: It did ease the bloating and pain, they were much reduced, so I would use this when I was having a bad day rather than a regular preventative measure as It didn't help with my constipation which can be a trigger for all the other symptoms. The taste is not nice and sometimes difficult to get down.
The sachets were easier to cut open with scissors - clear instructions and easy to put into practice.

Presenting Symptoms: Reflux, Vomiting. Post menopause i had an operation leading to regular symptoms, omniprazole makes them worse so was looking for something more natural. 

How long before effects were noticed: Quickly if undiluted poss an hour when taken in water.  

Overview: It was easy to use - it seems like a good alternative to the prescribed medications  - although not as easy to use as the gaviscon in a bottle or the tablets to chew on. I will keep using it as i felt it resolved the issue a little faster.

How long before effects were noticed: Within a couple of hours. Usually  would go and lay down with a hot water bottle and try and stretch out and go to sleep - i still had to do this but for a shorter time frame. 

Overview: easy to use - tasted better than i thought it would, diluted in water. I rated it lower than 5 because i feel i need to use it few more times to determine if i can use it on it's own to help or in combination with other things - the opening of the sachets can be improved.

How long before effects were noticed: Probably 20-30 mins 

Overview: Yes to attractive packaging and very easy to open. Definitely eased my acid reflux and bloated feelings - very convenient and easy to use but the taste could be improved and its very bland.

Presenting Symptoms: IBS - started after a trip to Mexico becoming worse in menopause and now combined with UTI's and diabetes.

Overview: I think for me there wasn't a noticeabe improvement in my IBS. However, it did improve my tummy upset so I would consider it again especially given it's a known health brand. Clear instructions and easy to put into practice.

Presenting Symptoms: IBS, Flatulence, bloating. IBS often comes on whilst anxious and worried and my body is trying to have a cycle but not succeeding due to the coil. Frequency can vary between 2 or 3 times a month.

Time to notice effects: As soon as I took it. 

Overview: I felt the bloating was reduced when using the Gel which was great. As soon as I took it I found it helped, the second day it really helped as we were on holding and my usual eating routine was changed. Sadly the flatulence didn't stop it at all. Packaging nicely package and easy to open.

How long before effects were noticed: Within 12 hours of taking the first sachet.

Overview: I was really impressed with how well it worked. I suffer with Crohns disease and this really helped alleviate my symptoms. It got my bowels working better than they usually do which I hadn't expected. The taste/texture isn't great but that doesn't outweigh the overall benefits. I thought it was quite expensive for anyone who might need to take it for a few weeks. Would be great if you could get it on prescription.  I had to use scissors to open the sachet but will defintiely be using it again.

Overview: Although it helped a bit with digestive issues, bloating, it didn't help with acid reflux at all. Clear instructinos and easy to put into practice. Better mixed with water as tastes awful.

Overview: I found the instructions confusing. There was no advice when or how often to take, as a preventative or during episode. The taste was not palatable and texture was chalky.
