'We set up the Rock My Menopause campaign to make society more menopause aware, whether that’s families, friends, employers or the wider public, to support people going through the menopause.'

A Wellbeing Of Women Campaign - Without workplace support for women, symptoms such as anxiety, brain fog, fatigue, poor memory, hot flushes, and irregular and heavy bleeding can lead to:

  • Making the difficult decision to leave the workforce
