‘Hi, I’m Jacqueline. I specialise in Self-care, Self-connectionand empowerment. I am passionate about helping midlife and menopausal women who are experiencing a sense of lack and feeling disillusioned with life. I teach them how to move themselves higher up the list, encouraging them to evaluate and prioritise where they’re at using reflective tools, coaching and bucketloads of self-compassion. I think of this as ‘taking back their power’.
I’m a twice independently published author, sharing my real-life rollercoaster journey in my memoirs – my 1st book. Then expanding on the tools used to navigate 25 years of personal challenges through my 2nd, a self-help book.
I’ve studied lots of different self soothing and healing modalities from journalling to crystal healing to E.F.T/Tapping and love to share what I’ve learned with others to help them on their journey. I’m also a certified Quantum Human Design™️ specialist, so I help women see and understand themselves using a blend of ancient and more modern philosophies.
My Heartfelt Approach embraces giving women permission to change their mind and make new, healthier choices that support them.
I help transform their ‘Who am I and what does it matter anyway’ outlook – to loving who they are and being excited about life again – in fact, my positivity is contagious!
My mission is to empower women to discover and connect with their intrinsic value, in turn inspiring future generations to own their innate gifts and purpose in life. But it all starts with self-care!
