Hello, we are Pause & Unite.

This website is dedicated to all women who are on their pausal journey.
Many women feel alone & are confused due to lack of information about this natural transition which EVERY woman goes through.
This was us at the start of our pausal journeys. We LOVE to research topics & presumed there would be a huge amount of resources available, both through the NHS or private pathways… how wrong we were!

We started to research & spent many weeks/months sourcing information & finding Specialists within this area.
We eventually started a local facebook group as we felt it selfish not to share our finds with other women. The group grew rapidly.

We asked members what they wanted:

1.They wanted to explore their options medical and not medical at their own pace and find information in one place.
2.They wanted knowledge from Specialists who work with Menopausal women.
3. They wanted to connect and build trust with specialists in an affordable way so they could make the right decision, with the right specialist for them.
4. They wanted to feel less isolated and supported by other women.

So our journey continued…

We put all of our time & effort into working together with specialists & gathering a library of resources from a variety of approaches.
EVERY woman's journey is different & every woman's approach will be different.
Through our own experiences we want to help other women like you and us, access information & resources easily & connect with specialists via videos and affordable courses prior to making the final decision & choosing the right specialist for you.

Our aims 

• To unite women, helping them share their experiences with one another. To unite & shout about this natural transition & the entitlement to more help, information & treatments.
• To unite women & specialist together 
• To unite Specialists whether approaches are similar or different.

PAUSE for a moment, don’t rush into quick decisions we have a growing library of resources & mini courses available which will enable you to make the right choice with the right person.
