Hello, My name is Samantha. I have been a registered hypnotherapist in Nottingham for over 14 years and I am an NHS trained mindfulness based cognitive therapy coach (MBCT) .  

I am the founder of Live Well Practice (personal health and improvement) and Work Well Practice  (well-being in the workplace). 

I discovered hypnotherapy whilst looking for ways to help a family member who was going through a difficult time and we couldn’t find the support we needed. It was a revelation! I became passionate about using what I had learnt to help others so I retrained to became a registered hypnotherapist and gained accreditation from the National Council of Hypnotherapy. 

Now I use hypnotherapy, mindfulness and reiki healing in a variety of contexts. I work with women one to one to improve their well-being.  I also run workshops and work with companies and organisations to improve their workplace health through my sister company Work Well Practice. 

My aims and goals 

Your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being is my priority. 

To this end I use a combination of hypnotherapy, mindfulness and reiki to effect safe, gentle and yet powerful change for the client.  We work together to help free you from any unhelpful patterns and habits that have been holding you back. 

With over 14 years’ experience as a registered hypnotherapist, I know that lasting change can be achieved in just a few sessions (anywhere from a single session to a short programme of 4-6 sessions, depending on your requirements). 

I offer in-person sessions at my lovely practice – just 3 miles from Nottingham city centre. I also find online hypnotherapy sessions to be highly successful.
