Hi, I’m Chris… I’m married with two adult children and we have a beautiful chocolate sprocker who is the apple of my eye. I love music, travelling and tattoos. I have loads and they all have very special meanings to me.
I have my own podcast called Mindful Mutterings and I do a travel version for every country that we visit. I’m passionate about supporting mid-life women and specialise in helping you through anxiety, difficult relationships and trauma because I know that dealing with the things that they bring up can free you from the Pain, Lack of confidence, Depression, Anger, Burnout, Overwhelm, Overthinking, Substance Misuse, Weight Problems and Phobias that they can cause.
For so many of us, the menopause is a life changing and challenging transition, but it doesn’t have to be like this. I believe that emotions are the signposts to the thoughts that aren't working for you. The thoughts that are telling you that you're not good enough, that you should be doing more, that you shouldn't be feeling like this, that someone else is better than you are. The list goes on and on. I know that exploring your emotions is the key to changing your life because I've done it. I create a safe space where you're free to talk about the things that are important to you without judgment.

When we work together, I will tailor all your sessions around dealing with the issues that you are facing so that you can work toward the outcome that you want. I can help you to control your anxiety, look at difficult relationships from a different perspective and begin to recover from the things in your past that have caused your trauma because it's this that will help you to let go of the self doubt, lack of confidence and unhelpful behaviours that are controlling your life.

Our journey doesn't end there. I'll give you the practical tools that you need to feel confident to move forward in your life. I know how hard it is to live with anxiety. I've experienced the pain and frustration of being in difficult relationships and how that knocked my confidence and made me feel m bad about myself and because I've worked through my trauma. I know It's not easy and I know it's different for all of us, but if I can do it, you can too and it's so worth it. Really, it changes your life.

My clients choose me because I have more than twenty years experience of supporting people just like them through anxiety, difficult relationships, complex emotions, recovering from trauma, moving on from crime, working through the asylum system and improving wellbeing both at home and at work. I am accredited by EMCC at Senior Practitioner level and a member of the Complementary Medicine Association (MCMA.)
